When you select your New Home in Vista Lake, you know you've made a sound investment. Not only do we maintain the highest standards when building our new homes, but we back them with a fully transferable 10-Year Warranty.

Our warranties are provided by Professional Warranty Service Corporation (PWC), who has strict qualifying requirements for builders. As a member of PWC, we back our warranty with the strenght of one of America's largest insurance organization.

Home Buyer Advantage

We provide our buyers with an express 10-year limited warranty. And even in the unlikely event that we cannot perform our obligations under the warranty, PWC will be there to assume responsibility for our performance....at no cost to you. There is no deductible to you.

Our Insurer

The PWC program is underwritten by a member of Zurick U.S., rated A by A.M. Best, one of the leading independent insurance company rating services.

When You Sell Your Home

The remaining term of our limited will not be affected. All the new owner has to do is complete the "Subsequent Home Buyer Acknowledgement and Assignment Form" found in the warranty document. This feature can be an attractive selling point when you decide to sell.
